A Shifu AND A leader in his community. Shifu has a school called Monterey Martial Arts that wasn’t profitable. Shifu is up to big things, creating a lasting impact on his community, but, he was doing it all alone, and that created CHAOS. We sat with Shifu, accessed what he has been doing that is working and not working, and from there, we created a Business Plan, a Marketing Plan and a website on a completely new platform! What he now has is a dedicated team to execute the Marketing tasks for him, a dedicated IT Support Team, so has peace of mind, and focus on doing what he loves – teaching and being a leader.
